ICMi is a private institute established in Cologne in the centre of the European Union. The first African Representation is to be opened in Ouagadougou, in the middle of West Africa. Being full in a close collaboration with some eminent national and international institutions of media and communication, it is determinedly turned to Africa, to participate in

promoting excellence,


strengthening professionalism and


boosting investment.

In this perspective, the management team works in a diligent way to make of ICMi by the year 2010 a leading reference in offering operational media supports and services of communication to promote development in Africa. The black continent is indeed at the centre of the general interest of the institute. But its business activities will be concentrated first and foremost on West Africa. The concentration of the business activities on this geographic area at first aims at supporting the clear forerunners of an African regional integration becoming successfully, in spite of the exacerbation of national feeling in some countries.
